Federal and constitutional law require the feds to defend the border. They have officially documented policy to betray the country. The best they can do now is sue. They've provided proof of treason and legal chase to push the issue only further confirms treason on their behalf. Additionally, states are well within their rights to defend their borders as the feds have officially documented their refusal to do so. Which means it lawfully falls back onto the states.

There's literally nothing they can do which does not cement the legal case of treason and their lawful arrests and execution.

Due to the recent demographic shifts in Texas it would be more accurate to refer to it as Northern Mexico.

It is too late to Remember the Alamo and americans have forgotten what it means to "hoist the black flag."

(Been years since I posted this; the race war in the US will take place in the south west of the country and will be latino vs black.)

Too uncertain to call, but I do think Texas is a bellwether in the ongoing war on whites that about to be settled in the next few years. Either, they stand tall and start deporting Feds, or they bend over and accept the final browning, and so goes the rest of the nation.

The feds aka jews and leftists won't stop their child trafficking operations and garnering illegal votes so hopefully it comes down to Civil War. Many surrounding states would help Texas and the jewSA needs to end.
