My wife recently expressed interest in a necklace that is just a small pure gold bar on a chain. I'm looking into having it done with an engraving on the back. Otherwise, before the shutdowns, we would pick a city within 2 hours driving, get a fancy hotel room on a Sat. night, and explore what the city had.... fancy dinner, window shopping, historic home tours, etc... you get the idea.. When all was said and done, we had a great weekend for about $500.
