When I'm forced to go to Texas Roadhouse, I'm slathering that inedible piece of shit up with A1 or whatever other sauces they offer and going to sit there sulking that I can do it WAY better at home on my own grill

I used to get the A1 steak and cheese sub from Subway a lot, it was pretty good.

salt, pepper, garlic then i sear each side in EVOO in a cast iron pan then into the oven for about 10 mins at 350 and add some butter.

my sauce is the renderings after I de-glaze the cast iron and I either pour it over the top or put to the side in a small dish.
