Is anyone here from alaska? What are the pros and cons of living in the great state? While i do not expect to find many Poalrs there, from a tax point of view, it looks tempting. what are your thoughts? Is is crawling with far left loonies or simple folk who want to be left alone?

I have no idea but....doesn't stop me from having opinions on Poal! Have you taken a vacation in that state? Weather is bad except for maybe some sun days mixed with mostly rain days all summer. 4 inches of soil and the rest is rock, I hope you know how to build boxes to garden and how to protect what you grow in winter. Few gas stations I think, once a week grocery truck deliveries, no next day parcels, gotta wait longer. Take a woman with you.
