I'm not new, but in case you wondered where I heard about poal.co it was just another day of "Voat is down" and I asked "What would happen if Voat was gone for good? What other places are good alternatives?"

That seems to be the normal transition of how people ended up here. People moved to Voat mainly after the nigger and fat people hate subs were banned on Reddit. When Voat started having drama/issues Phuks and Poal saw an influx of users. Now there isn't a big catalyst to drive user growth. It isn't like Poal is advertising. If you Google "Reddit alternatives" you aren't going to see a result for Poal. It makes me wonder where these users are coming from.

I used to believe in shit, and I was extremely vocal if I saw something unfair or fucked up going on. I actually got atko and puttitout to change site rules a couple of times. But atko left, and puttitout went made with power, and I got banned not for breaking any rules, but just because I was pissing him off.

I hated putt. The guy was just a code monkey and atko's lapdog. He was totally clueless about running a controversial site of this nature. Voat completely went to shit we he was handed the reigns.

This is where I'd get my fix everytime voat went down. And I do like it here way better than I did there. Confuses me though that this site seems more active in general but very rarely do I see any post get as many upvotes as voat's would get. Strange.

That's pretty much my standard as well. If you bother to comment on something I posted, comment or post, I'm generally going to upvote you no matter what. Unless it's really dumb or rude, then maybe not.
