Because other jews classify half-jews differently. A daughter is easier to be controlled. So they place their slightly more obedient half-breeds above. Also, see theory of rape; its their defense mechanism against conquering.
Kids brought up with a jewish mother are also taught by the jewish religion that the jewish mother makes the kids automatically a jew. Their entire tribe knows it and treats them (whether non-religious or religious) as jews, that's the free ticket into the tribe. That's a religious rule, but since most Jews are secular, why would you expect them to treat someone with a Jewish dad as any different? Would you really call them less Jewish?
I wouldn't, they're semites. The tribe's rules though are their rules, and they follow their rules.
Most jews are secular in terms of religous beliefs but still culturally kike.
E.g. they won't do anything that actually requires effort on their part but if it gets them inventory pass they will do it all and take it all.
