Bought a house like that once. Washed the walls and all this brown stain came off, the wash water was disgusting from it. Pulled the wallpaper off the walls and found embedded BB's and bloodstains.

Last time I called (admittedly a year before covid) they told me "BUY A HOUSE IF YOU CAN'T TALK TO YOUR NEIGHBORS" and then hung up on me when I called back.
