More clarification needed. Do you count speaking to my dogs or my chickens or myself? I speak out loud to myself quite often. I pray aloud when I’m alone. I speak to Jesus. Does that count?

Im the first one at month, It still happens regularly since my mom died and I have to no longer talk to her. Hell sometimes it may be longer.
