Uhhh...disagreeing with that. I had bad problems with my jaw popping until I got mine out. 3 of 4 of them were impacted, as in turned on its side. One of them was almost upside down. This is an example I googled.

Good dental hygiene means most people do not lose their teeth due to decay. Wisdom teeth are surplus for that.

Same. I had 3 left when I got them cut out, it got rid of a lot of pain and other issues. 4th was just a bone chip and came out on it's own.
