Is there a page that explains how scores are calculated? I remember having a yellow name, but now I'm gray with a score of 15, and I don't know why. I can't search for it, because my score is too low. It says that I'm a lurker, but I've got 1200 comments over 3 years, so that seems like a pretty extreme definition of a lurker. I get if the system isn't published (helping to avoid score gaming, etc) but I'm really lost here, and if my score is as-designed and I have to make dozens of comments a day and post threads even when I don't have anything to say, that seems like a design flaw if not a technical bug.

That neither a design flaw nor a technical bug. You have received a warning for a pedojoke you've posted a few days ago. That's the penalty for violating the ToS.

Some other accounts who also broke the ToS regarding pedophilia doubled down when warned about it, so they got banned instead.

Fair enough. I didn't realize that was the reason. I'll take my lumps. I just didn't know this was part of the punishment. I didn't intend to disrespect the site, I was just careless. Does the penalty eventually go away, do I just bring my score back up the normal way, is there any guidance on what happens from here?

I made a joke accusing someone of being a pedophile. I forgot that we had to tighten the rules and was careless. I am not an enabler and protest the accusation. I'll take my lumps, because I don't oppose the rules and will take my punishment to ensure that they keep taking theirs.
