Go to any website that is archived with that site and look at the top where it says report abuse. One of the "abuses" is hate speech
Holy crap. There are ALOT of abuse categories!
Interesting....
The FAQ says
>Pages which violate our hoster's rules (cracks, porn, etc) may be deleted. Also, completely empty pages (or pages which have nothing but text like “502 Server Timeout”) may be deleted.
I don't know what their host's rules are but usually that just means kiddie porn, etc. I suppose it'd depend if the host was in a country with hate speech laws.
I'm wondering if it's mostly a joke list because I can't imagine archive.today censoring anything remotely considered "Government Criticism" or even Electoral Law" since its purpose was to preserve those sorts of things. I also thought it interesting that they won't even accept an abuse report without a full name and contact phone number to follow up with.
I know its probably not reassuring for you, but it might be one thing to accept reports of abuse, but something quite different to actually act on those reports. I'm of the understanding that they don't act on those reports unless the host/law requires it.
