Go to web.archive.org, you'll end up at a HTTP:// site. No "S"

Not only that one, but archive.today/ph/vn/is...
Some poalrs are posting the http:// version of the link instead of the https://
I run a script to fix these once a week, but I think I'll hardcode it when someone submits a new non-ssl post from these domains.
But sometimes some websites simply don't support ssl because they only serve static html pages (or they are too old and the webdev never really cared to update them to support SSL) and will refuse to load if you change the link to https://
