They need salt and cheese. I consider any breads or cracker carbs like a sugar in how it will be processed in the body.
They go very well with peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. Only consume them in reasonable quantities because peanut butter is high in fat, fluff is high in sugar, and crackers are high in sodium.
Shit carbs are still carbs. Just like shit (animal) protein is still (animal) protein. As in, if you ate badly the day and supplement your protein with chicken nuggets, its better than eating carbs.
