This world is what you make it to be. Hell for some, heaven for others.
But you're living in a manufactured world. It's near impossible to escape. I find my struggle depressing and inescapable despite not having any bills or obligations.
Heaven is as manufactured as hell. But you are responsible for your own happiness, living in heaven is your responsibility. You gotta find other people who are working twords a heaven. Someone manufactured a hell for us and it can seem like the whole world if you've only ever lived in it, but it's possible to move out, even if you stay physically where you are.
It takes meditation, a healthy diet and lifestyle with no drugs and alcohol, and anything else you can do to physically improve your mind and body. Create a place within yourself that is healthy so that when you digress into your own mind you find support. It can be hard to live with yourself if your subconscious is a black pilled asshole who believes life is hell.
You think, therefore you are. Your body is a temple and you should find a holy place within yourself to find comfort even in the most desperate of times. This will put you on track to become a master of your emotions, and not controlled by them.
The struggle will always be there. You can struggle with whatever crap this world is throwing at you and restart every day, or you can struggle to bring change for the better.
