Just call 1-800-ASK-USPS Management hates it when customers call that number with a complaint. It goes to DC and can become a pain quick for management. They can't just not give you mail. It's a felony. Another solution is to get ahold of the postal inspector. You'd need to Google the number. Once the postal inspector is on the case someone is going to be fired for getting rid of mail.
This is the real answer. The post office takes themselves very seriously. Written complaints seem to receive timely and adequate responses in my experience. It’s fairly easy to get post office employees fired because bureaucracy.
Also the USPS has a SWAT team. Just FYI.

The driver was an old white lady that refuses to deliver if a car is blocking the mailbox. No alcohol was involved, I just yelled at her to do her fucking job. I may have grabbed some envelopes but never removed them from her van. I just scared the shit out of her.

Postal policy is 15' of space on both sides of the box or the box is considered blocked. If everyone were to park on front of a box, forcing the carrier to exit the vehicle, then it would quickly turn an 8 hour route into a 12 hour one. Also, the post office views exerting the vehicle as a safety issue. When a carrier exits the vehicle for an unauthorized stop they are creating an unnecessary safety issue and can get in trouble if their management catches them.

Just throwing this out there. Saw a court case about someone inside their own home. They walked around naked. Neighbors wanted them to stop walking around naked, because they could see them from their residence. The naked person in the case won, the neighbors can't legally do anything about it.
