I basically work from home/online and support my family that way. I like the idea of Tennessee and NC, but both of those places just seem a bit out of place for me because last time I visited, all I saw were carnivals and an overweight population that eats goyslop like fried oreos. I understand I'm just generalizing here too. But I was looking into PA for the reasons you stated exactly, but also because the Pittsburgh area specifically still has a fairly large White population with a few Orthodox Christian churches that I feel at home with. I am also attracted to living near a city because if I happen to lose my job or something happens, I can just do "Uber" for a little extra cash to get by, but that's a just-in-case-shit-happens scenario.
