I'm looking for descent places to move that include the following: - Distinct 4 seasons - Some hills/mountains - European culture - Good gun/self defense laws - Fertile land - Descent cost of living - A place where you can actually ground your feet and not worry about fire-ants - Homeschooling laws that are descent.

Move there, it's not bad. Better than Philly.

Pennsylvania's homeschool guidelines are some of the most strict of any state. If you don't care so much about snowy weather, Kentucky and Southern Indiana are worth a look.
