Move there, it's not bad. Better than Philly.

Outside of the city, you'll find the same problems as any of the other big cities. Niggers and foreigners. Kike run NGOs are packing them into the smaller cities on the outskirts of Pittsburgh, proper. You're correct about the land. It's all very fertile. Grow whatever you can in the climate. Cost of living, were on the cusp of hyperinflation. It's going to be bad for a while, no matter where you go. Hills and mountains. It's beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Get a home inspector. Get the soil tested. Be picky
