I'd go through all 1 time and block every sub you don't want by clicking the link and then at the right in that specific sub clicking the "block" button.
It's so much easier if you just do this once and then continually update it if need be.

I did exactly that and cleared my feed of Hans in about 2 minutes when all his subs never appeared.
