He was the master of being a super friendly guy who was super annoying. I really liked his bit in Home Alone, especially when they're in the back of the rental van playing a Polka version of a Christmas song, he stops playing and asks Catherine O'Hara "Do you play the flute? No? come on, try it, try it" then goes back to playing. She did a great job of not busting out laughing.
