some people just aren't that vain, also plenty of moles are not ugly, I understand getting rid of a big wart though.

I was goin to say: not all men have the mind of a woman.
Men are typically valued for what they can do. Women are valued for who they are- which can include moles. So long as the mole is not impairing work and is not distracting too many people, why bother.
