I'll edit this to list mine as I think of them.

  1. No dual citizenship permitted by any public officeholder or government employee anywhere.
  2. Something that breaks up the uniparty and makes third parties much more viable (like in Europe and elsewhere).
  3. Trial for treason for any federal employee, elected or not, who exercises any federal power not granted the federal government by the Constitution. 3a. (which means the end of many, many three-letter agencies as most of the employees would go to jail or worse)
  4. End birthright citizenship.
  5. End executive orders.
  6. End the civil service regulations that created the "deep state".
  7. No "trade deals" or other international treaties/agreements not approved by Congress.
  8. Provide a mechanism for the House to grow in number (too many citizens represented by too few representatives).
  9. Locally-controlled blockchain or paper ballots only; no State or Federal government can regulate elections, only the counties.
  10. Abolish the income tax.
  11. End the Fed (and preclude it ever being replaced).
  12. Establish population ethnicity targets that force repatriation of nonWhites to get us back to a research-backed homogeneous high-trust society.
  13. ...

Surely I'll think of some more.

What would you expect to come out of a constitutional convention today? It will be about making the weather cold; free voluntary sterilization, medical suicide, abortion; freedom from mental harm... Basically the same shit that is happening today.

The US constitution was a brilliant idea. Didn't work.

Technically it did until jews happened, citizenship was restricted to free White aliens, required a minimum of one year of residency which was changed to 5 at one point and citizenship was not granted by birthright. Seeing as how jews aren't White, they shouldn't have been able to become citizens.

Citizenship was granted by birthright, your parents had to be citizens for the child to receive it. The modern interpretation of being born here means your a citizen is a (((60sish))) SCOTUS ruling*.

I absolutely loathe the (((60s))).

  • - there's claims it was added to a decision as a footnote, after the fact.

Yes, I'm mistaken. Birthright was only applicable to citizens, you couldn't hop the border, pop out and kid and expect the kid to be granted citizenship.

Indeed. I hope for a nonviolent final solution but I prepare for the opposite.
