1.2K

I'll edit this to list mine as I think of them.

  1. No dual citizenship permitted by any public officeholder or government employee anywhere.
  2. Something that breaks up the uniparty and makes third parties much more viable (like in Europe and elsewhere).
  3. Trial for treason for any federal employee, elected or not, who exercises any federal power not granted the federal government by the Constitution. 3a. (which means the end of many, many three-letter agencies as most of the employees would go to jail or worse)
  4. End birthright citizenship.
  5. End executive orders.
  6. End the civil service regulations that created the "deep state".
  7. No "trade deals" or other international treaties/agreements not approved by Congress.
  8. Provide a mechanism for the House to grow in number (too many citizens represented by too few representatives).
  9. Locally-controlled blockchain or paper ballots only; no State or Federal government can regulate elections, only the counties.
  10. Abolish the income tax.
  11. End the Fed (and preclude it ever being replaced).
  12. Establish population ethnicity targets that force repatriation of nonWhites to get us back to a research-backed homogeneous high-trust society.
  13. ...

Surely I'll think of some more.

What would you expect to come out of a constitutional convention today? It will be about making the weather cold; free voluntary sterilization, medical suicide, abortion; freedom from mental harm... Basically the same shit that is happening today.

The US constitution was a brilliant idea. Didn't work.

Technically it did until jews happened, citizenship was restricted to free White aliens, required a minimum of one year of residency which was changed to 5 at one point and citizenship was not granted by birthright. Seeing as how jews aren't White, they shouldn't have been able to become citizens.

Citizenship was granted by birthright, your parents had to be citizens for the child to receive it. The modern interpretation of being born here means your a citizen is a (((60sish))) SCOTUS ruling*.

I absolutely loathe the (((60s))).

  • - there's claims it was added to a decision as a footnote, after the fact.

Yes, I'm mistaken. Birthright was only applicable to citizens, you couldn't hop the border, pop out and kid and expect the kid to be granted citizenship.

Indeed. I hope for a nonviolent final solution but I prepare for the opposite.

No faggot or transvestite degenerate pervert will be allowed to hold Political Office or teach in publicly funded schools

the federal government may only institute programs that provide payments directly to states, not citizens or businesses

no public employee may participate in a union.

Good ones. Fuck public sector unions. Perversions! And all citizens should be net taxpayers

>Locally-controlled blockchain or paper ballots only; no State or Federal government can regulate elections, only the counties.

This is contradictory.

I would also argue that it's over localization of national elections that helps make them scams. All the states have their own system, they all make their own rules, they all change their own rules whenever they want, and they know it'd be impossible for anyone to know and follow the rules for everywhere.

I think restoring the election of senators to the state legislature would be an excellent first start; establish term limits, and establish that "The salary of federal senators is paid for, and set by the legislature of the state they are representing" Follow that up with: "All Federal senators will subjected to a yearly financial audit by the legislature of the state they represent. Any funds or assets acquired by the Senator outside of investments held prior to their nomination to the position, or salary paid by the state shall be forfeited to the state treasury. All funds derived from their time in office shall be forfeited to the state treasury. All funds foreited to the state treasury therein shall be dispensed to the department of veteran's affairs for the state.

All elected officials shall use only the Veterans Hospital for their medical services or be fined 2% of their salary per violation.

These are pretty great! I dont know if this is an add but I'd like to say we should put heavy tariffs on imported goods, high enough that it would cover the cost of funding the government. This way we don't need to take anymore away from our citizens than we have to. I have a different attitude about tariffs paying for fuel for the private jets and extravagant expenses than I do about income tax doing it.

Good one. Tariffs used to fund our entire government; no income tax.

you dont think tarrifs would cover even a fraction of the cost for running the US government?

Tariffs could fund the entire federal government, if it were smaller like it originally was.

The Bill Of Rights extends onto the Internet.

For all the dick-swinging the US does around the world, enforcing the free speech rights of US citizens worldwide would be the best use of it.
