Spanish-american war, WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, all cases where we either sunk our own boats or let them get sunk intentionally to justify a war. First invasion of iraq was about defending the petrodollar and was brought about using false accusations of atrocities, though some certainly did happen, war on terror iraq and afghanistan, neither attacked us, one gave comfort to the enemy one actively killed them, both simply bordered iran and had resources, 9/11 we sunk our own sky scrapers with help from israel. In the civil war fort sumter was illegally occupied by the union despite it being a base in a seceded states territory, driving the illegal occupiers out began the war.

I don't know much about guam, but I do know our military actions in africa and syria have not been properly authorized by congress.

Unless there is a war between 1812 and the civil war it's been 200 years since we fought a legitimate conflict, though illegitimate I do see the Korean war as righteous, and I wouldn't have many gripes about the spanish american war if we actually took cuba, Vietnam was always a shit war and I blame France mostly, and I could forgive the false pretext if we had just left the fight sooner because it could have been a righteous war.
