Of course they have access to that. The app shows you what you have and haven't voted on, and this comes from a data store of some sort. They administer the data store, therefore have access to it.

Whether they have executed a query to see in detail what folks have been voting on... we'll never really know.

So what? Administrators for any system can see everything, even the passwords, IP addresses, and the number and amount of dried Precious Bodily Fluids on your screen and keyboard.
