I'm beyond ready to kick out my former SO, the mother of my three children. Anyone have any experience with this? FWIW, we're not married, we never presented ourselves as married, and we have never comingled assets. We have three kids together. I'm not certain how to go about this without loosing access to my children, and I want to ensure they're with me as she is damn near unfit mother at this point.
