I've dealt with it for almost forty years so I know what has worked for me. Esophageal cancer has a survival window of less than five years so, you do you and good luck with that.

I'd give anything to not constantly cough, gag, choke and have a nonstop running dripping nose. Years of reflux is shockingly destructive. Believe me, I don't like or trust doctors.

If you dealt with it for 40 years, then you never actually addressed the cause.

It started in my late twenties in a weird way. Complained to a doctor for decades and was ignored. I have lots of throat damage and I'm lucky I don't have any signs of cancer.
