You're on the right track.

  1. Cut out high carb and high sugar foods.

  2. Eat a keto or low carb diet.

  3. Reduce or eliminate alcohol.

  4. Reduce or eliminate smoking.

  5. Lose weight if overweight or obese, refer to #2 if applicable.

  6. Do not eat within 2 hours of bedtime, preferably 3 hours.
