It's been bothering me for some time, what would you do? This individual is putting dozens of lives at risk daily, even told me he sometimes goes to work with alcohol still in his bloodstream. I have no evidence to present to the company as I never retained text messages in which he confessed he was an alcoholic. Obviously we had many conversations about it too but I can't prove it.

Send anonynous email to company tipping them off. If he gets caught drunk or with liquor on him at work and gets fired you did the right thing.

If he kills 20 people tomorrow youll feel guilty. Even if he gets fired youll know you did the right thing. If he doesnt get fired but kills people anyways its not like you didnt warn them about it. Ultimately its part of the company's responsability to investigate claims like this and take them seriously.

Agree. A tip off to the employer (even anonymous if you prefer) would at least leave you with a clear conscious if the worst case scenario does occur.

You nailed it. He's already got a DUI and wrote his own car off. I don't want to read about a load of holiday-makers getting killed.
