It's been bothering me for some time, what would you do? This individual is putting dozens of lives at risk daily, even told me he sometimes goes to work with alcohol still in his bloodstream. I have no evidence to present to the company as I never retained text messages in which he confessed he was an alcoholic. Obviously we had many conversations about it too but I can't prove it.

Inquire as a customer or client and say you smelled alcohol on his breath.
