This is the way (or carbon steel). For those that don't know, watch a few youtube videos on how to season pans and the difference between cast iron and carbon steel pans.
Strangely, cast iron has more carbon in it than carbon steel. It's like parking on a driveway and driving on a parkway.
I love my assortment of (+/-80 year old) cast iron pans! My folks and grandparents used them before me. Much better quality than the newer cast iron.
Nice score. The one I have is from Lodge so no history in that, just a little etching that says "help us" in it. Probably from the 'slave' labor from Bangladesh who made it for them.
The dose makes the poison, and they like to pretend that the aluminum they found in dementia patients was related to kidney malfunction and old age, but that's bullshit. Those "studies" are about as useful as "the science" of vaccines, propaganda written for jewish grant money.
Aluminum is a neurotoxin that absolutely causes dementia and disables kids every year from vaccine injections. You get a fuckton from vaccines that use it as an adjuvant, but it leaches into your food from pan scraping and acidic food as well.
Let's say you don't cook acidic food. What do you think happens to the Aluminum scrapings when they mix with stomach acid? Why would you want an extra source of this dementia causing neurotoxic shit in your body?
Carbon steel heats up very quickly and is based on iron and carbon. Use that over aluminum.
You can use 7% Glycolic acid instead of an aluminum deodorant.
If you are still taking "vaccines" from Big Pharma TM , God help you at this point.
