Just switched hospitals starting last week, actually. Fuckers are useless until they want to give you your shots. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody calls you back. Been two weeks since I had blood drawn (we're expecting!), still waiting on the damn doctor to read the results and have the record released to me. Bugged em a handful of times, nothing. The other hospital 20 miles away is already proving to be much better. Still asked me about shots, but wasn't pushy. Smaller town, probably why.
