That stinky loser is our White brother. He's out there doing productive work, despite his mental disability. He's probably a retard and/or autist and/or schizophrenic, yet he is probably one of the hardest workers in that store. Unlike the other races and sexes, everything that man has he had to fight for; there is no societal support for White men. Give the man his due and just be glad that you aren't in his shoes.
A mental disability was my first thought. Maybe he's usually able to take care of himself, but perhaps his washing machine broke and he doesn't know what to do. Or his water got turned off for whatever reason. There are services to help out adults with mild autism so they can be mostly self sufficient, but they aren't perfect.
