Here's my take. It's her emotional support doll for autism. Yet... Whoever staged the photo had this desired outcome. Commie jews have always been against Zionists, yet when jews get threatened they all come together (no Israelis looking to oust netanyahu government anymore)... And they get very paranoid and hysterical over nothing.
