I think real estate agents charge way to much for what they do. It seems to me that in the modern information age I should be able to get it out there and sell it myself and save thousands.

No, but I like the idea of not paying 5% of the value to some schmuck.

3 percent to selling agent and 3 to the buying agent!! So I'm asking 600K for the place, that's 36 Grand!! If I don't have any luck then I guess I'll have to bend the knee but I gotta try!
