The solution is open source software. With the help of AI we will soon see an explosion of new software, and the open source code will be inspectable. Regular people will be able to have an AI scan the code and tell you if it has bloatware, spyware, backdoors etc. Then rewrite it without it. The main focus right now should be the creation of open source AI that can be trusted. Unfortunately linux has been jewed, but potentially we can create a new linux with an AI assistant built in. No more having to search shitty click bait, hacker bait, scamware ridden forums to find software. You just tell the AI what you want and it gets it, or rather several different ones. Then inspects, learns from and builds a new one for you that is safe and works. Finally a real microsoft killer.
