Definitely not for a week. If you are only eating them once a day you will be back in ketosis as soon as your body uses up the sugar. The problem is that you get hungery as soon as that happens, so people generally eat more sugar. Then you get stuck in the cycle bouncing off the sugar withdrawl back into glycolysis.
If you eat them strategically and time it so you go into ketosis just before bed or shortly after you will sleep through the hunger and wake up in ketosis, not struggleing with hunger pangs and getting the benefits of fiber and vitamins from fruits.
