simple rule of thumb..if you are paying someone to make you something to eat, it may taste great but it certainly has close-to-zero nutritional value.. There is no profit in quality ingredients. I doubt quality ingredients are even available to restaurants any more. Always eat as clean as possible and the less you can survive on, the better. Stay hungry, my friend.
