I'm curious as to what you think will happen to them, and within what time frame. Will the majority be dead within 3-5 years? 10 years? Or will they have only a slightly diminished life expectancy with a vastly lower fertility rate? How do you think this is all going to play out?

I think it's going to be a slow burn. People who would have lived to 75 will live to 63. "Old People" diseases will show up at a younger age, maybe 50 instead of 60. Outliers will die.

And all that will die earlier will have long-term diseases with expensive treatments, as (((expected)))
