Currently only blocks pm's and stops them from being able to ping you. AOU and PMYb2 are working on the phucks code to try and implement the full blocking feature, but the way phucks is coded makes it difficult to block a users comments.

I don't think it stops pings. I've pinged people who have blocked me.

Did they actually receive a notification? You can still @ people, but I don't believe they will receive a notification if they've blocked you.
