How about somplace like Tulsa, Omaha, Yankton or Pierre?
I suppose Tulsa would need the most help. I've heard Omaha's been doing pretty good and I have no idea what's going on in Yankton nor Pierre.
I've heard that St. Joseph really needs some help, but I wouldn't personally know with it being on the opposite corner from my neck of the woods.
