Not roll over. I’ve met too many in that age group who lament how things are going, but apathetically and resigned. “Oh well, it’s the next generation’s problem.”
I recall one in particular. I was attempting to buy ammo when there was a massive shortage. Two boomers were talking about how crazy times were, they’d never seen it like this. How everything was going nuts, both were content, though, saying the young people had a lot of cleaning up to do.
I see those two in the comment above. “My gen fucked this all up, but I’m checking out soon so oh well.”
