Hah, you got me. I suppose if you consider the elements (wind, snow ice etc.) the limited food sources (fat protein) and the absolute gargantuan efforts required to survive in that kind of world, then a fat and protein diet is probably the only diet that could sustain a human. Back in the '20's they did a quasi-documentary called "Nanook of the North".
