Thank you everyone for your kind words and articles! This thread has turned into a gold mine and will take me a while to go through, but I hope to get everyone replied to at some point today.

I personally do not know anyone going through Alzheimer's and hopefully with study and diligence it will stay that way. But for anyone going through this with themselves or a loved one my heart goes out to you and you are in my prayers

You can read articles on medical research to get familiar with terminology and theories for when you need to consult a doctor for yourself or a relative. The more you read the more familiar you can get with the acronyms and technical biologic descriptions of what is going wrong in cells.
