I have seen multiple car crashes on video, news/copsshows and stuff, my observation is this.

After the impact no matter how bad, if the windscreen is intact, the fucking windscreen wipers ALWAYS start to work.

Oh...I thought he was talking about the bums rushing up to "wash" the windshield...I was all confused. Thanks for pointing out OP is a foreign troll. We should make a list.
