One post from one guy with no evidence to back his claim. googlevideo.com is not googlevideo.js. There is no googlevideo.js unless someone made their own version on github using the defacto video.js. Watching a video hosted at google is not synonymous with leaking your IP to google. Your ISP did that long ago... You are constantly leaking your public IP to webpages. You need more fine grained controls than what that low-level extension can provide.
