I work for a state university, and they recently told us that our raise options are going to be absolute shit next year... Again. Everyone's pissed, but without someone sticking their neck out this isn't going to change. Any advice or suggestions?
I'm keeping a low profile right now, but after 65% of us got a 1.4% raise... and were told to expect it again tensions are palpable.
