I think the gifted niggers should team up and create their own super nigger race. Like Liberia but with better genetic stock. A solid eugenics program and they could be capable of building a first world civilization. They would have to keep the ferals out though and have strict rules about procreation.

Na, we bred highly intelligent working dogs. I'm sure they can breed super niggers in time. Then they can build Wakanda and all of them can move there to be away from Whitey. I'm totally fine with this.
