At least the 13%s - I can't think of a single nigger that would be missed if they were suddenly missing from American society at large. Of course, the dual citizens, specifically the kikes, but I think anyone who would have more than one citizenship could be suspect. That could be going too far though, since I do actually know a few Germans with American citizenship.
