Amish won't use their firearms for self defense, even if they get shot at

Their firearms are solely for hunting purpose

Now, if the situation really boils down to a nigger invasion, they might eventually resort to hiring private security, militia members or whatever to handle "security", that they can. Just as they can pay someone to use a tech for them

We’ll wait a minute. What if, while hunting, an Amish guy is charged by a bear or pig? Would he not shoot the charging animal even if he has no intention of eating it? Also, I’d put good money on an Amish guy defending the lives of his children with a firearm. Most people’s morals utterly break down when their kids are in danger.

In a societal breakdown where food, fuel, and other goods stopped coming into the cities people would quickly start venturing out into the countryside to feed themselves. They would raid the warehouses in the suburbs, then keep wandering out to the rural farms looking for food. They would wander onto Amish land too.

There would be roadblocks put up by every county, city, and suburb blocking traffic. They would never make it out to amish land.

Starving people don't actually behave like that. No famine has played out like that.

If the cities are cut off from food it will not be roving mobs of niggers coming to the farms, it will be organized militaries. The amish whould not stand a chance trying to fight anyway.

Their elders would very quickly agree to allow self defense if their communities were attacked by niggers. Christian societies always adapt their beliefs to deal with external threats, and the Bible allows plenty of latitude to deal with invaders violently when necessary. The police would then arrest the Amish for protecting their way of life against nigger hordes, and that could get interesting.
